array of talents. Irina is a mar-
keting professional by day, and
is a photographer, producer
and television host by night.
Her photography has been
published twice in the Interna-

She discovered her love for
broadcast journalism at the age of 15 when she

“My Brooklyn” Photo Essay competition. As a host,

the Miss Indian NY pageant. She is currently completing a minimasters
program in
Holocaust studies and will fly to Poland and Prague in
June 2009 where she’ll visit Auschwitz and Treblinka among other memorials.
Irina is especially passionate about anti-human traffick-
ing, and hopes to start a non-for-profit organization one
day which will provide shelter, rehabilitation services,
medical care, education, and assisted job placement to
human trafficking victims in the United States. Her pass-
ion for anti-human trafficking and a "big heart" spurred
the creation of “Inside the Ladies Locker Room” television
talk show, which aims to encourage all women to embr-
ace their voices and empower themselves to live
beyondthe stereotypes and ideals taught to us as young girls. The show will
serve as a platform where people
shed their preconceptions and prepare themselves to
step up for human rights. She is also the executive producer and
host of the show.
Jennifer, Chicago-based, is also the host and producer of an
entertainment news talk show, Positive, where the focus is news and interviews
that are positive for a change- no gossip or exploitation. She has conducted
interviews with celebrities such as Donna Summer and Mario Lopez, as well as
produced feature stories on many community outreach programs and not-for-
profit organizations supporting causes such as cancer, diabetes, and education.
Community outreach is very important to Jennifer and she has
plans to develop her own non-profit organization that supports causes of
education and cures for diseases such as cancer and HIV/AIDS around the
world.
